Contact Form
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact data you provided, will be stored for the purpose of processing the inquiry and for follow-up questions. We will not share this data without your consent.
If you have consented to the Marketing category and came to us via a Google ad, we additionally store the click identifier of this ad with your enquiry. Details can be found in the section "Google Ads Conversion Tracking".
Protection against automated requests. To prevent misuse of our forms, your browser automatically solves a small computational task (ALTCHA) as soon as you start filling in a form. This applies to all forms on this website, including applications. The task is created and verified on our own server; no data is transferred to third parties and no cookies are set. We also automatically check incoming requests for typical characteristics of spam and limit the number of requests per IP address. For this purpose, the IP address is kept in memory for no longer than 60 minutes. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is protecting our website and our mailboxes from misuse.
Applications
If you apply to us, we process the data you provide: your contact details, your information on your professional experience and your preferred place of work, as well as any documents you send us voluntarily. We use this data exclusively to carry out the application process. The legal basis is Section 26(1) sentence 1 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) in conjunction with Art. 88 GDPR: the processing is necessary for the decision on establishing an employment relationship. Where the data is also necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, we base the processing on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in particular in the legal review and defence of possible claims in connection with the application process.
If you are not hired, we delete your application data no later than six months after the application process has been completed, unless longer storage is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. This period takes into account the deadlines for asserting possible claims under the German General Equal Treatment Act (AGG). As soon as the data is no longer required for these purposes, it is deleted. If you would like us to keep your documents for longer for future vacancies, we will ask you separately for your consent. You can withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future. The lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal remains unaffected.
If an employment relationship is established, we transfer the data to your personnel file.
Applications sent via our website form are processed by our own form service on our own server; no external form provider is involved.
If you have consented to the Marketing category and came to us via a Google ad, we additionally store the click identifier of this ad with your application. Details can be found in the section "Google Ads Conversion Tracking".

This website does not set any analytics or marketing cookies by default. The optional categories are "Statistics" and "Marketing". Analytics services are only loaded if you consent to the Statistics category via our cookie banner, and the measurement of our ads only if you consent to the Marketing category. We do not use remarketing, i.e. addressing visitors again with advertising on other websites.

Legal basis: Your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Access to or storage of information on your device is based, where required, on your consent under Section 25(1) TDDDG.
Purpose: Statistical reach and usage analysis. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how our website is used and which content is helpful to visitors.
Data processed: Technical usage data, device information, event data and pseudonymous online identifiers may be processed.
IP processing: According to Google, IP address data from users in the EU is used to derive approximate location information and is then deleted without being logged in Google Analytics.
Recipient: Google Ireland Limited. Processing outside the European Economic Area (EEA) may occur. 8. Google Ads Conversion Tracking
When you consent to the Marketing category, we use Google Ads conversion tracking provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Legal basis: Your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Access to or storage of information on your device is based on your consent under Section 25(1) TDDDG.
Purpose: We run ads on Google. Conversion tracking shows us whether someone who came to our website via such an ad then sent an enquiry or application, downloaded a template or tapped our phone number. This tells us which ads work so we can allocate our advertising budget accordingly.
Data processed: the ad click identifier (GCLID), the time and type of the action, technical device and browser information and pseudonymous online identifiers. We do not transmit your name, your email address or the content of your enquiry to Google.
Click identifier, enquiry and application: If you came to us via a Google ad and consented to the Marketing category, we store the click identifier together with your enquiry or application. If the enquiry leads to an order or the application to a hiring, we may inform Google that an order or a hiring belongs to this click identifier. Only the click identifier and the time are transmitted, no contact details. The click identifier is deleted together with your enquiry or application.
Recipient: Google Ireland Limited. Google processes the data within Google Ads under its own responsibility. Processing outside the European Economic Area (EEA) may occur. The transfer to third countries is based on Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR) and additionally on the adequacy decision of the European Commission for the USA (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework).
